WebEveryone provides free online web and SEO diagnostic tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WebEveryone to:
• Check URLs belonging to systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Attempt to overwhelm, attack or disrupt any third-party server via our tools.
• Scrape, automate or systematically abuse our tools in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@webeveryone.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design and code on WebEveryone is owned by or licensed to WebEveryone. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebEveryone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Third-Party Websites
Our tools make requests to third-party websites on your behalf. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those external sites.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
